Take me to the hospital

Hostage seems to be on a roll lately with all those smashing remixes and OG’s.

Check out this great wobbly remix of the Prodigy’s brand new track.

I came across this amazing mix of Paul Devro last night on http://tribulationstrials.wordpress.com . It’s a techno/house mix with a lot of sounds and samples from cumbia, funana and major other south american styles. Diplo was sharing this cd for the SXSW festival…

Check it here (zip file with 5 split tracks)

If you like zombies i also strongly recommend you the new album from Zombie Nation called Zombielicious available on UKW.

Here is a little taste of the album:

Zombie Nation – Seas of Grease

And here the video clip from Worth It, also featured on Zombielicious:

Murder Rocket within the sea

Posted in Uncategorized with tags , on March 19, 2009 by thezombiesnakecharmer

And again Alan Hostage hooks us up with a smashing new track (though i’m not very fan of the vocal sample in the middle) inspired by the Belgian crowd (it’s true we are party animals :p) which was doing strange noises during the breaks of one of his gig in Belgium two weeks ago…

Check it here:

Hostage – Murder Rocket

And another thing that was relevant to my interests this week, was the new track made byt the UK band the Horrors.

After their first smashing album Strange House (one of my favorite rock album of all times) they are back in May with a brand new album called Primary Colours.

They published the first track of the album, which was produced by the talented Geoff Barrow (Portishead), this week and you can get it by subscribing to their newsletter on their site. This track: Sea Within A Sea sounds really promising for the new album, with a psychedelic, cold and hypnotic sound!
