Canblaster – Master Of Complication

Posted in Uncategorized with tags , , on February 17, 2011 by thezombiesnakecharmer

Take one giant leap into the future with the new Canblaster EP Master Of Complication.

The concept of this record is based on clocks, not only with their sounds on Clockworks but also about time, tempo (BPM oscillates between 130, 140, even at 160 with a juke track and a futuristic r’n’b track peaks at 180!) and of course time traveling across sonic boundaries. Those same boundaries are once again pushed by one of the most promising producers of this young decade.

On the remixes we’ll find Teki Latex and Para One with a great use of the vocoder, Bambounou, Jubilee and Magnum also appear on this EP.

Sunday hangover

Sundays are almost always about hangover, lazyness, recovering from partying or hard week of work… While doing those things it’s usually better to listen to softer music.

Swarms is a dubstep outfit coming from the UK. Their music combines dubstep with ambient and garage vocals to make contemplative tracks that takes you high in the clouds. Check it out:

Richard Cruz comes from New York he has done several “post-r&b” ambient remixes taking Beyonce or the Black Eyed Peas to landscapes without boundaries or even into the soundtrack of some David Lynch’s movies.

Beyonce – Halo (Virex remix)

The Black Eyed Peas – I gotta feeling (Virex remix)

And to finish here is some of his original productions:

This last one is sick! Very catchy rap beat:
